Earlier this month, we teamed up with Pinch Kitchen to raise money for a great cause: Born Free Pet Shelter, a no-kill and non-profit dog rescue that has been helping homeless dogs since 1981. Guests who participated in the event enjoyed an all-inclusive brunch with delicious dishes from Pinch duo John Gallo and Rene Reyes. Here’s what you missed.

The all-inclusive brunch was comprised of four courses (served family-style) along with bottomless bubbles courtesy of Zonin USA. Diners started with wild red shrimp Ceviche and then indulged in Pinch-Style Chilaquiles. The third course was the restaurant’s signature Burger, which was topped with a sunny side up egg, swiss cheese and caramelized onions. Guava-Stuffed French Toast finished us off and put us into a food coma.
