Pinch Kitchen was born out of a simple philosophy: when quality is paramount, compromise is not an option. It’s an ethos Chefs John Gallo picked up while working in top restaurants. Having honed his craft for years, he decided to go out on his own in 2015 and open his passion project, Pinch Kitchen.
Nestled in Miami’s hip Upper East Side neighborhood, Pinch Kitchen is a throwback restaurant with an open kitchen, cozy vibe, and eclecticdecor.
Awarded “Best New Restaurant in Miami,” by Miami New Times – 2016, Pinch Kitchen’s menu is a mix of locally sourced ingredients, boutique wines, and craft beers. The menu evolves seasonally to make sure only the freshest ingredients are on the menu, along with daily specials.
